摘要
目的 比较中国大陆不同地域 (北京、唐山、承德、九江 ) 7株阴道毛滴虫可溶性蛋白差异。 方法 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS- PAGE)、VDS凝胶分析仪对 7株阴道毛滴虫可溶性蛋白进行分析。 结果 SDS- PAGE分离出 18~2 4条蛋白带 ,7虫株共同蛋白带 15条。分子质量在 10 0 ku以上者有 2~ 6条 ,其余在 16~ 97ku之间。 结论 各地虫体蛋白质电泳图谱基本相似 ,但不同虫株蛋白条带数略有不同。
Objective To compare soluble proteins of the seven strains of Trichomonas vaginalis from the mainland of China(Beijing, Tangshan, Chengde, Jiujiang) and determine their similarities and/or differences. Methods Soluble proteins of the seven strains of T. vaginalis were analyzed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis and VDS Gel Documentation Analysis System for understanding T. vaginalis biological property. Results A total of 18-24 distinct protein bands were demonstrated, 15 bands were common in seven isolates. Molecular weights (MWs) of 2-6 bands were more than 100 ku, The ranges in MWs of other proteins were 16-97 ku. Conclusion Similarity was observed in protein profile among different isolates, while total protein bands were of difference.
