摘要
对早期报废的 4Cr1 3钢饲料机环模失效原因进行了研究 ,对材料来源、锻造工艺、热处理工艺等进行了检测和分析。结果表明 ,饲料机环模早期失效原因与钢锭原材料的组织、锻造工艺及热处理工艺有关。 4Cr1 3钢组织存在不均匀分布的链状夹杂物 ,沿晶界析出网状碳化物以及晶粒异常粗大造成混晶 ,这些都严重降低了钢的断裂抗力。通过改进 4Cr1 3钢处理工艺 ,改善了组织 。
The failure ring die made of 4Cr13 steel has been investigated,the structures in original materials,the forging and heat treatment processes have been analyzed.It is shown that the failure reasons of ring die are the structure inhomogeneity of non metallic inclusions,carbide network and grain coarsening etc,which could reduce the fracture resistance of 4Cr13 steel.The improvement process of this steel has been presented and the early failure of ring die has been prevented.
