摘要
介绍了机械合金化技术的基本原理、工艺过程及特点 ,对目前机械合金化存在的两种机制进行了分析 ,指出通过原子扩散逐渐实现合金化反应机制和爆炸式反应机制实质上是相似的 ,导致效果的不同主要在于合金体系的形成热不同。
The mechanism,processing and characteristics of mechanical alloying are reviewed,and the two kinds of mechanism in mechanical alloying are emphasized.It points out that the two reactive mechanisms of mechanical alloying by atom diffusion and by combustion reactive are very similar in virtually,but the main differences between them are in produced heat of alloy system.In addition,a number of factors in the mechanical alloying and the limitation of this process are explained in detail.
