蔬菜亚硝酸盐污染现状分析 被引量:10

Analyses of status of nitrite pollution in vegetables from Chengdu and Chongqing

摘要 通过对成渝两地蔬菜亚硝酸盐的采样分析,结合菜地化肥施用的调查,评价成渝两地蔬菜中亚硝酸盐的污染现状。结果表明,成渝两地蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量均在一定程度上超标,其中成都地区菠菜的超标率为74 2%,大白菜为6 9%,芹菜为25 8%,油菜为4 8%,花菜为25%,而重庆地区菠菜的超标率为100%,大白菜为30%,芹菜为28 2%,甘蓝为8 0%。总体而言,蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量及超标率均呈叶菜>花菜>果菜的趋势。 Vegetables from Chengdu and Chongqing cities were randomly sampled and analyzed for nitrite to assess nitrite pollution.The results showed that nitrite of vegetables were not qualified to some extent for Chengdu and Chongqing based on national standard,and Chongqing was more serious with higher overlimit ratio of disqualified vegetable from producing base.There was a rule for vegetable type on nitrite overlimit ratio,leaf vegetable>flower vegetable>fruit vegetable.Meanwhile application of nitrogen fertilizer were investigated and the result showed that more and more N fertilizer were applied to vegetable land so that nitrate was accumulated in soil profile,which could be an important pollution source to nitrite of vegetable.
