摘要
针对人造麂皮织物的组成聚酰胺/聚酯(简称PA/PU),从理论上分析了适用的染料种类,并进行了染色研究,通过测定染料的上染百分率,皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度,分析比较了四类染料的染色效果。结论如下:1.活性染料皂洗牢度最好;2.酸性染料匀染性、透染性最好,皂洗牢度通过固色可提高半级至一级;3.分散染料上染百分率较高;4金属络合染料表面得色浅、透染性差;5.各类染料染色的摩擦牢度均很好。
Four kinds of dyes and their application to dyeing ssuede-like fabric of PA/PU were analyzed abstractly. By measuring the dye-uptaking, color fastness to washing and crocking, the effects of dyeing were discussed. The conclusions were as follows. 1. The color fastness to washing of reactive dyes was the best among them; 2.The levelness and penetration of acid dye were the best and the color fastness to washing could increase by 1/2 or 1 grade by fixation treatment;3.The dye-uptaking of disperse dye was higher than that of the others;4. The penetration of metallised dyes was poor and the color of dyeing was light.5.The color fastness to crocking of the four kinds of dyes was good.
