摘要
目的 探讨奎的平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及副反应。方法 以奎的平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症各20例,作对照研究,疗程8w,采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果 二药对精神分裂症的疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),而奎的平副反应较轻微。结论国产奎的平对治疗精神分裂症有确切的疗效,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the curative effects and side effects of quetiapine in schizophrenics. Methods Two groups of 20 schizophrenics were treated repectively with quetiapine (n = 20) or clozapine (n = 20) for 8weeks. The PANSS and TESS were used to evaluate the curative effects and side effects correspondingly. Results There was no significant difference in the clinical curative effects between the two groups(P > 0.05) ,but the side effects of quetiapine were mild. Conclusion National quetiapine has an obviously curative effect and higher safety in schizophrenics.
