摘要
在螺杆挤出机工作特性分析基础上,创造性地提出利用螺杆硬特性解决特种塑料螺杆挤出纤维过程中的熔体阻塞的难题,并给出提高螺杆硬特性的具体措施。
Based on the operation characteristic analysis of screw extruder, a new effective method is put forward which uses the screw stiff characteristic to solve the problem of melts choke in the spinning process of screw extrusion of high performance engineering plastics. The specific measures to raise screw stiff characteristic are also pointed out.
