摘要 研究了BCS01聚乙烯浆液进料催化剂的组成、粒度分布及催化剂的淤浆聚合和150mm气相流化床聚合性能,结果表明,BCS01催化剂的活性可调,聚合物堆密度高于进口同类催化剂,共聚性能及氢调性能与进口同类催化剂相当,150mm流化床的气相聚合物能保持良好的颗粒形态,在模拟工业条件下,用BCS01催化剂在150mm气相流化床上制备了合格的DGM-1820树脂。 Composition and particle size distribution of BCS01 polyethylene sl ur ry catalyst had been investigated. Experiments of slurry polymerization and  15 0 mm gas fluidized bed polymerization of BCS01 catalyst showed that both catalys t activity and bulk density of the polymer obtained were higher than those of si milar imported catalyst.Properties of BCS01 catalyst in respect of response to h ydrogen and copolymerization with other monomer were close to those of simil ar i mported catalyst.The particle morphology of polymer obtained from a 150 mm gas fluidized bed was fine. Resin DGM-1820 could be obtained successfully from the 150 mm gas fluidized bed.
