表面活性剂对分子筛滤饼流变性能和干燥效果的影响

摘要 将表面活性剂加入到Y型分子筛滤饼中,可有效降低分子筛滤饼的粘度,使滤饼输送过程中所用的电机电流降至接近空载状态,消除了以往生产中电机频繁跳闸的现象,提高了生产效率。此外,表面活性剂的引入,可加快分子筛滤饼的蒸发速率,改善干燥后的分子筛固含量,提高干燥器的热效率。引入表面活性剂不影响分子筛的物化性能和裂化性能。 Influence of surfactant on rheological characteristics and desiccation of the molecular sieve filtered cake was investigated The addition of surfactant tends to reduce the viscosity of molecular sieve filtered cake,and accelerate evaporation of water during drying In scale-up experiments,electric motor used to transport the cake could run as if approaching zero loading,therefore occurrence of current break off in the case of overloading can be avoided Furthermore,increase in molecular sieve solid content after desiccation improves heat efficiency of desiccator There was no difference in respect of physicochemical and cracking properties between conventional USY molecular sieve and that with addition of surfactant
