摘要
采用三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)、磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯(TDCPP)、水合氧化铝(A1_2O_3·3H_2O)和溴-氧烷基磷酸双酯(PUR-101)等阻燃剂对聚氨酯塑胶地板进行了阻燃改性研究。结果表明,单独使用Sb_2O_3阻燃剂对聚氨酯塑胶地板没有阻燃效果;TDCPP、Al_2O_3·3H_2O、PUR-101及其复合阻燃剂对聚氨酯塑胶地板都有较好的阻燃效果。
The flame retardance of polyurethane(PU) plastic floor was studied by adding the flame retardants such as Sb2O3,tri-(2, 3-dichloropropyl) phosphate(TDCPP), hydrated alumina(Al2O3 · 3H2O) and bromo chloro-alkyl bis-phosphate(PUR-101) etc. The results show that the PU plastic floor modified only by Sb2O3 has no flame retardant performance but those modified by TDCPP or Al2O3 · 3H2O or/and PUR-101 have good flame retardant performance.
