摘要 阐述了600MW超临界锅炉垂直水冷壁特点和设计要求。根据国内对Φ28mm内螺纹管的传热与阻力特性试验以及国外的试验研究,详述了水冷壁的质量流速、出口温度、过热度及许可温差的选取。 This paper illustrates the operating and design features of vertical water wall in supercritical sliding pressure boiler of HBC. Based on the minimum mass flow velocity and critical heat flux obtained from tests for 28 mm O.D rifled tubing, the design parameter for vertical water wall have been provided and these test results can be used as the basement for developing hydrodynamic and metal temperature programs.
