摘要
进行离体大鼠心脏灌流,缺氧再给氧后制备心肌匀浆,采用TBA反应比色法测定MDA含量。结果表明;丙酸睾丸素(8μg/kg、64μg/kg)、己烯雌酚(3.2μg/kg、12.8μg/kg)对缺氧、再给氧心肌MDA含量均有明显的降低作用,并分别与抗氧化剂V_E100μM、200μM作用相似,与老化有关。
The heart perfusion was carried out in rats in vitro.Following hypoxemia and reoxygenation, herat sarcolemmal was made. Methyldialdehyde (MDA) contents were measured using TBA photocolorimetric method. The results in- dicated that testosterone propionate (8μg/kg, 64μg/kg) and diaethylstilbes- trolum (3.2μg/kg, 12.8μg/kg) could decrease the myocardial MDA contents induced by hypoxemia and reoxygenation and the free radical-induced lipid peroxidation. These results suggest that testosterone propionate and diethylstil- bestrolum may inhibit free radical formation and protect heart muscle from myocardial damage by reperfusion.
