摘要
本实验观察了参苏冲剂对小鼠巨噬细胞功能和淋巴细胞转化率的影响,结果表明,参苏冲剂能提高小鼠的淋巴细胞转化率,并能显著促进巨噬细胞的功能。
In this study we investigated the effect of ginseng-perilla diluent on the macrophage phagocytie function and the lymphocyte transformation of mice, using the macrophage phagocytic function assay, and the lymphocyte transfor- mation test. The results showed it could strengthen nonspecific defence function of mice, and could promote cellular immunologic response in mice.
