摘要
考察了紫外光照射下胆固醇的氧化情况.实验证明,经过0~5h的紫外光照射,用毛细管气相色谱法检测到有7 酮基胆固醇、5α,6α 环氧胆固醇和胆甾烷三醇生成,其含量随照射时间增加而增加.
Investigated the effect of UVlight irradiation on cholesterol oxidation. With the exposure of cholesterol under UVlight for 0~5 h, three cholesterol oxidation products (7ketocholesterol, 5α,6αepoxycholesterol and cholstanetriol) were detected. The amount of 5α,6αepoxycholesterol and 7ketocholesterol were 28.4 mg/kg and 582.5 mg/kg respectively for 5 h irradiation. The content of the three cholesterol oxidation products increased with illumination time.
