17个杨树品种对光肩星天牛抗性的调查鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 利用人工接虫技术能早期鉴定树种抗虫性,缩短育种周期。1999年对网室接成虫和树干套笼接成虫2种鉴定方法进行精度比较,认为网室接成虫方法精度高,是选拔抗性品种最好方法,所选出的杨树品种抗性与自然界调查杨树抗性基本一致。利用网室接成虫抗性鉴定技术选择杨树抗性品种是可行的。2000年利用该方法对17个杨树品种进行了天牛抗性早期鉴定。 It can determine zoophobous resistance of tree species in early stage and shorten breeding period to use technology of delivering insects artificially. Through comparison on delivering adult insects in net and delivering adult insects by covering coop in 1999, it is the best method with high precision to deliver insects in net for choosing resistant species, which the resistance of chosen poplar species is basically identical with resistance of poplar in nature. It's feasible to choose resistance species of poplar by use of determination of resistance. In 2000, determination of resistance to capricorn beetle in early stage has been done on 17 kinds of poplar species by use of this kind of method.
