摘要
苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体(SBC)是目前世界上产量最大、发展最快的一种热塑性弹性体,在制鞋、沥青改性、聚合物改性、粘接剂和密封剂等方面具有广泛的用途。目前全球总生产能力已经超过1600kt/a,总产量约为1000kt/a。我国SBC的生产厂家有三家,总生产能力为200kt/a,产量约为190kt/a。随着沥青改性剂以及粘接剂等方面需求量的扩大,我国对SBC的需求量将会有较大的增长。针对目前我国SBC生产状况及存在的问题,提出了发展我国SBC生产的建议。
Styrenic Block Copolymer (SBC) is a thermoplastics elastomer with largest production and fastest development, which has wide uses in shoemaking, asphalt modification, polymer modification, adhesives, and sealants, etc. Total global capacity of SBC has currently exceeded 1,600 kt/a with production of 1,000 kt/a. There are three producers in our country with total capacity of 200 kt/a and total production of 190 kt/a. Because of the insufficient production for the market needs, it is necessary to have a large amount of imports every year from other countries and/or regions. With the expansion of applications in aspects of asphalt modifier and adhesives etc. , it is predicted that the domestic demand for SBC will have larger increase. Aiming at the production status and existed problems in our country, this paper puts forward some corresponding development suggestions.
