高等教育创新体系中图书馆处于重要的位置 ,高校图书馆应该围绕创新这个核心 ,完成创新、人才、形象、文化四方面的战略管理职能。
The present paper,arguing that libraries locate in an important position in the original system of the tertial institution,points out that the tertial institution libraries should function in originality,qualified personnel,images and culture with originality being the centre.
