摘要
本文通过对广东家族公司的实证调研分析,从经济法的角度分析家族公司治理机制的内在缺陷,揭示引入外部董事对于提高家族公司治理效率所起的主要作用。
Having a survey of family companies across Guang dong, this thesis analyses the inherent defects of family companies governance mechanism from the perspective of the economic law and suggests that induction outsider-directors into family companies have two functions lo improve the efficiency of the family companies governance.
