摘要 针对我国空域的实际 ,结合航班时刻制定的特点 ,在多元受限地面等待策略的基础上 ,建立了一个多元受限航班时刻优化模型 ,提出了一套求解该优化模型的改进启发式算法。并在所提模型和算法的基础上 ,开发了航班时刻优化系统 ,对全国实际的航班时刻进行了优化 ,验证了理论模型和方法的可行性。 The multi restrict ground holding model is introduced. With our airspace structure and the layout of the airline schedule, the multi restrict airline schedule optimization model is established based on the ground holding strategy theory, and a modified heuristic algorithm is brought forward. It can modify airline timetable to smooth traffic peaks at airports and capacity restriction points during rush hours. Finally, the airline schedule optimal system is developed based on the optimization model and the modified heuristic algorithm. The feasibility and the efficiency of the model and the algorithm are verified by airlines timetable.
