摘要
研究了用于催化卤素置换反应后的氯化锌催化剂的再生方法。其过程包括:用石灰乳中和,沉淀出氢氧化锌,用氢氧化锌中和氯化锌废液至pH值为5~6,通入氯气氧化氯化锌废液中的有机物,蒸发至必要的浓度。
Methods to regenerize zinc chloride catalyst after catalysing the reaction of halogen displacement were studied,which comprised the following steps:neutralizing the reaction liquid with lime slurry,precipitating zinc hydroxide,neutralizing the waste zinc chloride solution up to pH 5~6 with zinc hydroxide,supplying chlorine gas to oxidize the organic substances contained in the waste zinc chloride solusion and evaporizing up to necessary concentration.
