摘要
7种不同浓度的吡喹酮对阴道毛滴虫体外杀虫试验结果表明:吡喹酮组一定的抗滴虫作用,随药物浓度增高杀虫作用明显,虫体死亡时间提前,但PEG对滴虫的致死作用似不能完全排除。
Praziquntel of seven different kinds of concentration was used for tricho- monas vaginalis cultured in vitro. The results indicated that praziquantel is an efficacious drug for T. vaginalis to a certain extent. With an increase of medicine concentration its action is enhanced, with parasites ahead of death time. But effect of PEG on T. vaginalis shouldn't be neglected.
