摘要
目的 探讨紫外分光光度法测定盐酸丁卡因甘油溶液中盐酸丁卡因的含量方法。方法 以紫外分光光度法测定盐酸丁卡因甘油溶液中盐酸丁卡因的含量，并与永停滴定法测定的结果进行比较。结果 在波长310nm处有最大吸收，回归方程为A＝0．07510C+0．00369，r＝0．9999；平均回收率为99．81％，平均标示含量为98．46％，RSD＝1．15％。结论 该法操作较永停法简便，结果无显著性差异。
