摘要
目的 提高急重症药物中毒患者的救治成功率。方法 在一般性抢救治疗的基础上，再应用血液透析(HD)、血液灌流(HP)、血浆置换(PE)等血液净化技术抢救治疗急性药物中毒患者186例。结果 抢救成功180例(96．8％)，且无并发症、后遗症；6例(3．2％)因呼吸循环衰竭而死亡。结论 血液净化是抢救急重症药物中毒的一种确实有效的治疗方法；具有治疗周期短、效果好、副作用小等优点。
Objective To improve the success rate for emergency treatment of patients with acute severe drug poisoning.Methods 186 cases of acute drug poisoning received emergency treatment with the help of blood purification techniques such as HD,HP and PE.Results There was success in 180 cases(96.8 %) with no complication and sequel.Conclusion Blood purification is an effective therapy for acute and severe drug poisoning with short period,good effect and little side effect.
