摘要
目的:研究皱瘤海鞘乙醇提取物的体外抗乙肝病毒作用。方法:用 2.2.15细胞株进行抗 HBsAg、HBeAg的试验研究。结果:海鞘乙醇提取物对 HBsAg、HBeAg的分泌均有较明显的抑制作用,对细胞的毒性低,其治疗指数均在10以上。结论:海鞘乙醇提取物体外具有明显的抗乙肝病毒作用。
Objective To study the anti-HBV effect of Styela plicata in vitro. Methods Using an assay system based on 2. 2. 15 cell line to study the inhibitory effect of the ethanol extract from Styela plicata on HBsAg and HBeAg. Results The results showed that the ethanol extract from Styela plicata has significant inhibitory effect on HBsAg and HBeAg expression, and has very low toxicity to the cells. Conclusion The ethanol extract from styela plicata has evident inhibitory effect on hepatitis B virus in vitro.
