摘要
对HDPE/CaCO3填充高分子材料SEM样品制作的镀材种类及镀金参数进行了选择,得出了适宜的镀金相关参数:喷镀时间为45min,喷镀电流为0.2～0.8mA.并将其应用于该材料的断口分析,其图像清晰,结果可靠.
The preparation of the SEM sample has essential influence to the SEM section analysis of HDPE/CaCO\-3 filled macromolecule materials. In this paper, the influence of the choice of the metal source and the controllable parameter during the preparation of the sputtered SEM sample to the final analysis result has been studied. An optimal condition has been obtained and has been applied to the further analysis of this kind of materials. It has been shown that it is a reasonable and reliable condition for the analysis of this kind of materials.
