摘要
麻醉犬8只,iv硅酸钠10～20mg/kg,观察血流动力学各参数的影响。结果表明Na_2SiO_3可使LVSP,+dp/dt max和VCE-+dp/dtmax增加,-dp/dt max增加而T值缩短,可使SBP,DBP和MAP增加,CI增加而对HR及THR影响不大。认为升压作用与CI增加,心脏作功增加有关。
Na_2SiO_3 10～20mg/kg iv increased left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP). + dp/dt max, -dp/dt max and V_(CE) -- -- + dp/dt max,but decreased T value. Na_2SiO_3 can increase systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and mean arterial pressure (MAP), also but it had no effect on heart rate (HR) and total peripheral resistance (TPR). All the results suggest that iv Na_2SiO_3 can cause hypertension which related to the increase of CI and heart function.
