摘要
本文研究了在水热条件下ZnO、BaTiO3 、La2 /3 TiO3 和Fe2 O3 纳米晶粒的取向连生和枝蔓晶的形成。用负离子配位多面体生长基元理论模型讨论了纳米晶粒的取向连生和晶粒相连的枝蔓晶 ,其枝蔓晶的形成与通常枝蔓晶的形成机理是一致的 ,都是沿着晶体中负离子配位多面体相互联结的稳定方向 ,为晶体生长速率最快方向 ,其分布的对称性与晶体结构的对称性是对应一致的。
The formation of the orientation adhesion and dendritic crystals of ZnO,BaTiO 3,La 2/3TiO 3 and Fe 2O 3 nanocrystallites was studied.The orientation adhesion of nanocrystallites and the dendritic crystals formed by connection of crystallites were discussed by the growth unit model of anionic coordination polyhedrons.It was shown that the formation mechanism of the nanocrystalline dendritic crystal is consistent with that of the ordinary dendritic crystal,both being connected along the direction of stable connection of the anionic coordination polyhedrons,i.e.,along the fastest growth direction of the corresponding crystal.The symmetrical characteristic of the geometric distribution of the dendritic crystals is corresponding to the symmetry of the crystal structure.
