摘要
以超细水泥、Ⅰ级粉煤灰、磨细矿渣及含铝质增强组分制备了超细高性能灌浆水泥(简称MHPGC),其中以粉煤灰为主的多组分复合改性材料占45%以上。研究了该材料的性能及微观结构,研究结果表明强度、变形能力、流变性能和抗侵蚀能力均有提高;水泥石中的CH含量低且随水化龄期的增加而减少,C-S-H的钙硅比低,MHPGC水化早期生成的钙矾石形成空间网络结构,水泥的其它水化物填充于网络中,随着水化的进行结构逐渐变得密实;该材料与岩石界面粘结紧密,在界面区CH的择优取向小。
To study the performance and microstructure of micro -fine high performa nce grouting cement (abbr.MHPGC),which is prepared by micro -fine ceme nt,class I fly ash,ground slag,rein forced component containing alumin um and it is com-posed of multicomponent modification composite,fly ash is in proportio n to more than 45percent.The result s hows that its strength,deformability,rheological proper and corrasion resistance have been improved;The content of CH in cement paste is low and reduced as aquation age incre asing,Ca /Si of C -S -H is low,early in the aquation age of MHPGC,the AFt forms space network structure,and other h ydrates of cement fill in it ,being co mpact with the process of aquation;M HPGC materials stick to rock interface where the pre ferred orientation is small.
