自体骨髓细胞移植对大鼠局灶性脑缺血区新生血管形成的作用初探 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨经颈动脉移植自体骨髓细胞对脑缺血区新生血管形成的影响。方法 复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型 ,实验组 (5只 )经颈动脉注入自体骨髓细胞 ,对照组 (5只 )注入生理盐水。通过免疫组织化学染色方法进行微血管计数 ,观察脑缺血区血管增生状况。结果 自体骨髓细胞移植后大鼠在皮层缺血区的微血管密度为 15 9.15±4 0 .4血管数 /mm2 ,较对照组大鼠 (81.70± 32 .18血管数 /mm2 )明显增多 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 经颈动脉注入的自体骨髓细胞能够促进脑缺血区新生血管的形成。 Objective To study the effect of transplanted self bone marrow cell by cartid arterial to revascularization in focal cerebral ischemia in rat.Methods Rats were subjected to transient middle cerebral artery occlusion treated with carotid arterial injection of self marrow cells or NS.Immunohistochemistry was used to identify microvessels.The angiogenesis in the rat focal cerebral ischemia area were observed.Results The microvessel density in cortex area of cerebral ischemia rat transplanted self bone marrow cells was 159.15±40.4 numbers/mm 2,and it was significantly higher than control rats(81.70±32.18 numbers/mm 2), P <0.05.Conclusion: Self bone marrow cell injected by carotid artery may be benefit to new vascularization in the territory of cerebral ischemia.
