多发性硬化诱发电位亚临床病灶与脑脊液免疫学指标相关性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨多发性硬化 (MS)患者中枢神经系统 (CNS)诱发电位 (EPs)的亚临床病灶与脑脊液免疫学(CSFI)之间的关系。方法 回顾性分析 97例临床确诊和临床可能MS患者各项EPs的亚临床病灶和CSF 2 4hIgG合成率 (2 4hIgG)之间的关系。 结果 MS的模式翻转视觉EP(PRVEP)亚临床病灶与 2 4hIgG值有显著相关性 ,而脑干听觉EP(BAEP)和短潜伏期躯体感觉EPs则不然。结论 亚临床时PRVEP异常能较好地反映中枢神经系统早期脱髓鞘变化 ,结合临床有助于MS的早期诊断。 Objective To analyze respectively the relationship between the subclinical findings of evoked potentials in central nervous system (CNS) and the immunological parameters of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) in multiple sclerosis (MS).Methods 24 hours IgG synthesis rate (24 IgG) and evoked potentials were observed and the relationship between EPs subclinical findings and the immunological parameters of CSF were analyzed by statistics in 97 clinical definite and possible MS.Results 24 IgG had significant relationship with PRVEP subclinical findings,but no relationship with BAEP,SLSEPm and SLSEPt.Conclusions Abnormal PRVEP,even if unilaterally abnormal could reflect demyelination of CNS.So it could be beneficial to the early diagnosis of MS.
