摘要
通过电镜观察比较了3种暖季型草坪草(野牛草、结缕草和狗牙根)和3种冷季型草坪草(苇状羊茅、多年生黑麦草和草地早熟禾)叶片的气孔形状、大小和密度上的差异。结果表明:野牛草、结缕草和狗牙根叶片气孔形状都为卵圆形,气孔长约为宽的2倍,野牛草和狗牙根气孔外覆蜡质;苇状羊茅、多年生黑麦草和草地早熟禾叶片气孔形状为长圆形或长方形,气孔长约为宽的3倍。总体上,3种暖季型草坪草较3种冷季型草坪草气孔小而密度大。
Forms, size and density of leave stoma of three warm-season turfgrasses (Buchloe dactyloides, Zoysia sinica, Cynodon dactylon) and three cool-season turfgrasses (Festuca aroundinacea, Lolium perenne and Poa pratensis) were observed with scanning electron microscope. It was found that the form of stoma of Buffalo grass, Japanese lawngrass and Bermudagrass is roundish. The length of stoma is one time to the width. The stoma of Buffalo grass and Bemudagrass were covered with wax. The stoma of Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass and tall fescue is ellipse. The length of stoma is two times to the width. The size of leave抯 stoma for three warm-season turfgrasses is smaller than three cool-season turfgrasses, and the density is larger contrarily.
