摘要
笔者根据抗原—抗体复合物在聚乙二醇介质中形成浊度,在一定条件下产生的浊度的强弱与抗原一抗体复合物的含量呈比例的原理,建立了脑脊液免疫球蛋白比浊测定法。方法线性良好;灵敏度IgG、IgA及IgM依次为0.2,0.2,0.3mg/L;与ELISA法对比相关系数依次为0.9985,0.9964,0.9974。正常脑脊液IgG、IgA、IgM依次为(x±SD,mg/L):13.1±11.9,1.47±1.8,0.37±0.35。并检测了部分病理标本。
The turbidimetric assay for immunoglobulin of cerebrospinal fluid is carried out according to the turbidity of antigen-antibody complex formed in PEG mediator;in given conditions the strong or weak turbidity produced is proportional to the content of antigen-antibody complex.The method is simple and convenient, with good linearity.The sensitivity of IgG IgA and IgM are 0.2, 0.2 and 0.3mg/L, respectively.As compared with ELISA method, the correlation coefficient is 0.9985, 0.9964 and 0.9974. IgG,IgA and IgM of the normal cerebrospinal fluid are (x±SDmg/L) 13.1±11.9, 1.47±1.9 and 0.37±0.35.And some of pathological samples was examined.
