摘要
由于高层住宅占地少,土地利用率高,因此在寸土寸金的大中城市里高层住宅是必不可少的。但由于高层住宅造价高,住宅利用率低,管理要求高等诸多因素,使许多人不愿意选择高层,如何使高层住宅持续发展下去呢?笔者认为高层住宅持续发展必须智能化、生态化、设计创新化。
In large cities the lands are more costful, so that lofty dwelling houses are necessarybecause they take up less lands and the using rate of lands is high.But many people dislike loftydewlling houses for some reasons, such as the higher cost, lower utilizing rate and many manage-ment requests. What shall we do to make sure of the sustaining development of lofty dwellinghouse? The author believes that the important aspects for lofty dwelling houses sustaining develop-ment are intelligentizement, zoologizement and designing innovation.
