摘要
目的探讨脑缺血再灌注中的补体激活及其作用。方法清洁级雄性SD大鼠 90只 ,随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、脑缺血再灌注组。用线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型。动物处死后测脑含水量 ,并用RT PCR方法测补体C3mRNA表达值。结果缺血侧补体C3mRNA表达增高 ,并与脑含水量之间呈正相关关系 (r =0 .4 6 6 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论大鼠脑缺血再灌注中有补体系统的激活 。
ObjectivesTo investigate the activation and effects of complements in cerebral ischemia reperfusion.MethodsNinety healthy male SD rats were divided randomly into normal control group, sham operated group and ischemia reperfusion group. Cerebral ischemia reperfusion models were prepared by occlusion of the middle cerebral arteries using thread embolizing method. Rats were killed and their brain water contents (BWC) were measured. The expressions of C3 complement and apoJ mRNAs were estimated by RT PCR.ResultsThe expression level of C3 mRNA in rats of ischemia reperfusion group increased and a positive correlation was found between the expression level of C3 mRNA and BWC (r=0.466,P<0.05).ConclusionComplement system may be activated in cerebral ischemia reperfusion of rats, suggesting that this system could participate in the damage of rat brain tissue.
