摘要
目的探讨应用含有抗生素的肌浆ZT胶混合物修补脑脊液漏。方法采用含有抗生素的肌浆ZT胶混合物对伴有严重的颅内感染 2 2例脑脊液漏患者进行治疗 ,其中硬脑膜缺损累及两个部位的占 3例 ,进行了6个月至 7年随访。结果2 2例经一次手术后均治愈。结论含有抗生素的肌浆ZT胶混合物修补脑脊液漏的术式是一操作简便、修补牢固 。
ObjectivesTo explore the therapeutic efficacy of mycoplasma ZT glue mixture containing antibiotics for repair of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea.MethodsTwenty two patients of cranionasal fistulae accompanied with severe intracranial infection were treated by myoplasm ZT glue mixture containing ceftriaxon. Three cases among them had duramater defects at two sites. They were followed up from 6 months to 7 years.ResultsAll 22 cases recovered completely after one operation only.ConclusionRepairing of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea with myoplasm ZT glue mixture containing antibiotics was simple, convenient and safe, showing stable efficacy of repair.
