摘要
目的 :研究藿香正气口服液 (广藿香、白芷、苍术、半夏、厚朴、陈皮等 )HouxiangzhengqiOralLiquid(HOL)对吗啡依赖大鼠戒断症状的疗效及对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法 :将 60只大鼠随机平均分成四组 ,每组 15只 ,即A组 (空白对照组 )、B组 (吗啡依赖对照组 )、C组 (吗啡依赖 +HOL低剂量组 )、D组 (吗啡依赖 +HOL大剂量组 )。B、C、D组sc吗啡按剂量递增法建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型 ,A组sc等量生理盐水 ( 0 .2mL·( 10 0g) -1,sc)。在第 6日时 ,A、B组ig等量生理盐水 ( 0 .5mL·10 0 g-1) ,C、D组分别ig低剂量 10 0 % 0 .2mL·10 0 g-1和高剂量 0 .8mL·( 10 0 g) -1HOL ,3 0min后 ,各组均ip盐酸纳洛酮 4mg·kg-1催促 ,观察戒断症状并评分、称体重 ;镇痛试验采用小鼠热板法和扭体法。结果 :C、D组的戒断综合积分、体重减少情况与B组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。小鼠热板刺激的痛阈值和出现的扭体反应的次数与NS组比较也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :HOL作为一种传统的中药制剂 ,也能明显缓解实验性阿片类药物依赖的戒断综合症 。
Objective: To explore the effects of Houxiangzhengqi Oral Liquid(HOL) on controlling withdrawal syndromes of morphine dependent rats and analgesia of mice. Methods: 60 rats were divided into group A、B、C and D randomly. Group A was injected equivalent 0.9%NaCl(0.2 mL, sc), group B、C and D were injected morphine increasingly(from 20mg·kg -1 to 100mg·kg -1, 5 days, sc) to form patterns of morphine dependent rats. When the 6th day, after group A and B were given 0.9% NaCl(0.5mL·(100g) -1, ig), group C and D were given HOL(100%0.2mL·(100g) -1 and 0.8mL·(100g) -1), respectively, 30 minutes later, by naloxone(4mg·kg -1, ip) withdrawal syndromes. And the withdrawal syndromes was observed and evaluated by the scores and weight lost. Results: The total of scores and their weight loss of group C and D were significantly different from group B(P<0.01). In the analgesic test, the pain threshold and the number of writhing of mice were compared with group NS(P<0.01). Conclusion: HOL is a traditional Chinese medicine that doesn't contain opiates and scopolamine, it can allevitate experimental withdrawal syndromes of opiates dependent rats significantly and allevitate the pains by drug withdrawal. It can be used for treating opiates dependent patients.
