摘要
采用磷系共聚阻燃剂、间苯二甲酸及脂肪族二元羧酸与PTA、EG以共聚方式合成了阻燃高收缩聚酯切片 ,并对切片进行质量分析 ,通过对纺丝工艺调整 ,研制了阻燃高收缩聚酯纤维 ,其物理指标与常规高收缩纤维相近 ,并具有优良的阻燃性能 ,切片极限氧指数 (LOI)可达 2 7.5 ,纤维可达 30 .5。
Flame-retardant high-shrinkage polyester chips could be produced by blending PTA and EG with phosphorus flame retardant, isophthalic acid or aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. The quality of obtained chips was analyzed. The produced flame-retardant high-shrinkage polyester fiber had similar physical index to regular high-shrinkage fibers and splendid flame retardancy. The LOI could be 2.75 for chips and 30.5 for the fiber.
