摘要
在对已有文献提出的可控制起动行星齿轮减速装置传动方案进行分析、讨论的基础上 ,提出了一种改进的设计方案 ,即将原设计中的周转轮系的输入构件与控制环节进行互换 ,并在内齿圈的前级串联一级定轴齿轮副 ,同时对新旧方案进行了对比研究 ,结果表明新方案在该减速器的制动转矩、装置尺寸。
Based on the ideas of the references, this paper discussed and analyzed the planetary gear train transmission plan of controllable start device, and presented an improvement solution, which exchanged the input component with the control part of epicyclic gear train, in addition, a pair of fixed gears was mounted in front of the internal ring gear. Compared with two sets of plans, it put forward a new plan, which greatly improved the properties of the device, such as brake torque, device dimensions and cost.
