摘要
网络英语教学中辅导教师的重要作用已是不争的结论.北京外国语大学网络教育学院(以下简称"北外网院")为了进一步了解本院分布在全国29个辅导中心(2002年6月前的数据,现在此数据有所改变)教师的教学质量,于2002年6-7月抽样调查了13个辅导中心38名教师.本文介绍这次教学评估活动的背景情况、评估表设计原则、其他辅助评估活动,统计分析调查结果并剖析影响网络英语教学质量的原因.
The important role tutors play in online English education has been well recognized and emphasized. To better understand the teaching quality of the tutors at 29 tutorial centers of the Institute of Online Education, Beijing Foreign Studies University, a survey was conducted by the quality control center of the institute in June - July, 2002. This paper presents the background information for the survey, the survey results, introduces accompanied quality control activities, and analyzes the reasons behind the survey results.
