摘要
目的 观察海尔福口服液对砷中毒肾脏的保护作用,寻找一种安全、有效无毒的治疗砷中毒药物。方法建立砷中毒小鼠动物模型,给予海尔福口服液进行治疗,治疗后测定血清中各生化指标,行肾脏病理组织切片,光镜观察肾脏损害程度。结果 砷中毒小鼠肾脏损害严重,经海尔福口服液治疗后其肾脏损害明显减轻。结论 海口福口服液具有治疗砷中毒小鼠的功效,特别是对砷中毒小鼠的肾脏具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Haierfu liquid on the prevention of arsenic on kidney, to reseach a safe, effectual, harmless of arsenic on medication. Methods To make the animal model of the arsenic mice, then, treated them with Haierfu liquid, determined the biochemical criterions of arsenic mice and tissue - sliced mice kidney and then observed their pathologic change under the light microscope. Results The damage is much serious to the kidney of arsenic mice than those are treated by Haierfu liquid. Conclusion Haierfu liquid has an curative effect on the arsenic mice, and it has an obvionsly prevention of arsenic on kidney in mice particularly.
