摘要 在萃取的基础上 ,进行了乳状液膜分离萃取发酵废液中土霉素的试验研究。液膜体系组成为 :氯代十六烷基吡啶 (PCC)为载体 ,Span- 80为表面活性剂 ,异辛醇为助溶剂 ,煤油为稀释剂 ,盐酸水溶液为膜内相。通过试验考察了液膜组成、膜内比 (Roi)、表面活性剂用量、内相 HCl浓度、萃取搅拌速度、外水相 p H、以及乳水比 (Rew)和萃取时间等因素对萃取率的影响 ,找出了一个较为适宜的液膜组成和萃取操作的工艺条件 ,对发酵废液中土霉素的萃取率达到 6 1.33%。 An emulsion liquid membrane extraction process was performed to recover oxytetracycline from the fermentation wastewater. The liquid membrane consists of carrier (PCC), surfactant (Span-80), co-solvent (2-ethylhexanol), thinner (kerosene) and the internal membrane aqueous phase (HCl). Effects of various factors on extraction of OTC were studied, such as composition of emulsion liquid membrane, the volume ratio (Roi) of oil phase to the internal phase, the surfactant quantity, the internal hydrochloric acid concentration, the extraction stirring rate, pH of external aqueous phase, the volume ratio (R ew ) of emulsion to aqueous solution and extraction time. The proper composition of the emulsion liquid membrane and the operational conditions were obtained. Experimental results showed that, by using this process, the extraction rate was 61.33%.
