摘要
教师道德从本质上是教师自我实践的产物。教师道德是教师专业发展不可替代的部分。如果教师道德水准不能通过教师专业发展而加以提高,而是由环境诸因素所左右,那么教师的专业性存在就应该受到质疑。教师专业发展使教师道德从社会的纯粹理性演变为教师个人的实践理性,并进而从个人实践理性升华为教师群体自觉遵守的纯粹理性。它是教师道德自我塑造的现实途径。
Teachers' ethics essentially is the product of their i ndividual practice and is the non-fungible part of the development of teachers' profession. Teachers' profession would be doubted if the teachers' ethics is af fected not by the development of profession but by conditions. The means of the molding of teachers' ethics should be that it is transformed from sense of the society to that of their individual practice and finally of the whole group thr ough the influence of the development of profession.
