摘要
特种 Al、Si、Cu 耐热铸铁通过加入少量稀土、Ti、Mo 合金元素后并采用合理的退火工艺,耐热性和耐磨性都得到提高.耐热温度可达900~1000℃.HRC 可达40以上.可用来代替高铬耐热铸铁、耐热钢及其它昂贵的耐热合金.
A specific variety Al Si Cu heatproot cast iron were increased Low Re Ti Mo alloy elements and determined rational heat trentment process. This heat resistant temper of cast iron gained elevation.Trentment of heat resistant may have achieved 900~1000℃.Hardness HRC exceed 40. The specific variety heat resistant cast iron not only miyht have replaced hiyh Cr cast iron,but olso reptaced heat resistant steel as well as for expensive heat resistant alloy.
