摘要
18 6 2年 ,美国颁布《莫里尔法案》 ,创办了赠地学院 ,为其高等教育的发展做出了伟大的贡献。它促进了美国高等教育的民主化和大众化 ,使高等教育的目标、内容和方法发生了变革 ,催生了高等教育的社会服务职能。
Morrill Act was issued in 1826 in the U.S., and consequently the Land-grant colleges were established, which made great contribution to the development of higher education. Since then the American higher education has been made more popular and democratic. The purpose, content, and method of higher education have been changed. The function of social service of the institutions of higher learning has been greatly enlarged; We could use this experience for reference.
