摘要
目的 探讨前列腺肉瘤的诊断及治疗。方法 6例前列腺肉瘤患者 ,3例行全膀胱前列腺切除术 ,术后辅以化疗 ;1例行前列腺切除术 ,术后辅以化疗 ;1例化疗 ;1例仅行穿刺活检。结果 3例行全膀胱前列腺切除者 ,其中 1例存活 3年至今 ,2例术后 1年死于肿瘤转移 ;余 3例均在 1年内死亡。
Objectives To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of prostate sarcoma.Methods 6 cases of prostate sarcoma were treated, 3 cases by radical cystoprostatectomy, 1 case by suprapubic prestatectomy, 1 case by polychemotherapy, 1 case underwent simple needle biopsy.Results One of the 3 patients wnderwent medical cystoprostayectomy has been surving after 3 years, the other 2 patients died after 1 year, the other 3 patients all died within 1 year.Conclusions Early diagnosis and radical cystoprostatectomy are mandatory to prolong survial.
