摘要
根据上海汇众汽车制造公司轿车前轮驱动机构总成装配车间生产物流的现状 ,找出了造成装配车间利用率低下、在制品流转不顺畅的主要原因是原料和在制品的移动、流转不科学。根据生产物流合理化的原则 ,提出了合理利用设备、提高生产率的相应措施。
It is found from the present situation at Huizhong Automobile Manufacturing Company that the low productivity of assembly department,the insufficient use of equipment,and the hinderance of Smooth flow of semi-finished products basically lie in the unreasonableness of material flow in manufacturing.In this paper,measures are proposed to increase the productivity of assembly department,the effectiveness in using the equipment and facilities based on the rationalization principles for organizing the material flow in manufacturing.
