摘要
“知识受众”是在以往“读者”基础上形成的一个新的概念。知识受众本位观是图书馆应当弘扬的现代理念。保护知识受众的合法权益 ,是知识受众本位观在实践中的具体落实 。
Knowledge audience is a new concept based on the former word-reader. The viewpoint of knowledge audience standard is a kind of modern conviction that library should proceed to carry forward. To protect the legal rights and interests of knowledge audience is not only the concrete fulfillment of the viewpoint of knowledge audience standard in practice , but also the proper cut in of law spirit in the field of knowledge activity.
