An Approach to Similarity Measures for Polygonal Shapes Based on Mechanics

摘要 提出了一种基于力学的多边形描述方法 ,并根据多边形的力图投影变化曲线的匹配程度度量多边形之间的相似性 ,由此实现多边形的识别与检索 .实验表明 。 A force diagram representation of polygons was presented to measure the similarity between the two polygons by matching their projection ratios of the force diagram. The experimental results of image retrieval and pattern recognition show that the method gives a good matching with human perception.
