摘要
介绍了一种用高效液相色谱分析测定苯酚及其电化学方法降解的中间产物的方法 ,确定了HPLC适宜的测试条件 ,检测波长为 2 1 0nm和 2 80nm ,流动相甲醇与水的体积比为 6 0∶4 0 ,流速为 0 .5mL/min .在 1 5min内实现了苯酚、对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、顺丁烯二酸的分离 ,外标法定量。实验测得的相对偏差为 0 .2 %~ 6 .7% ,回收率为 94 .6 %~ 1 0 2 .5 % 。
A method of detecting phenol and its products with a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) was proposed in this paper . Proper HPLC operating conditions were proposed . Under these conditions, phenol and its various products can be separated within fifteen minutes .The results we got have small relative deviations and high recovery rate. The method is simple,rapid and reproducible.
