摘要
国土资源信息系统是我国国土资源管理实现现代化、信息化与网络化的基础。结合当前国土资源实际工作的情况,阐述了建设一个市级国土资源管理信息系统的原则和基本功能设计,并提出了详细的子系统的划分与模块功能的设计方案。
The Land resource MIS is the base of making land resource management into modernization, information and network. According to the systemic research and the fact, the paper expatiates upon the principle and basic functional design. At same time, the particular partition of subsystem and function designation of module is advanced.
